This is based on a memory from my childhood, where I would use a washing basket as a rowing boat, with plastic spoon oars.
I designed this with a white Vignette, but with a bit of tweaking of what was underneath it, the current border lends it a storybook quality.
If you ask how the hole-filled basket stays afloat, you're missing the point completely.
